An epidemic sweeping through our country today is claiming lives and destroying families. Distractions while driving are easy to occur. However, is that phone call or text message worthy enough to kill or be killed? 71% of people admit to texting or talking on the phone while driving. Some states have laws against this, why isn't every state abiding by this? Whats to loose afterall?
